Our beautiful, modern equipped WG extends over two floors in the second and third floors. Below you will find a room, the spacious kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more rooms, including your future attic room and an additional bathroom.
Your room is in the attic, but is very well insulated, pleasantly tempered and wonderfully bright through large windows. The view is fantastic, and with windows open, a pleasant passage ensures fresh air and a great indoor climate.
Unsere schöne, modern ausgestattete WG erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen im zweiten und dritten Obergeschoss. Unten findest du ein Zimmer, die großzügige Küche sowie ein Badezimmer. In der oberen Etage liegen zwei weitere Zimmer, darunter auch dein zukünftiges Dachgeschosszimmer und ein zusätzliches Bad.
Dein Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist jedoch sehr gut gedämmt, angenehm temperiert und durch große Fenster wunderbar hell. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, und bei geöffneten Fenstern sorgt ein angenehmer Durchzug für frische Luft und ein tolles Raumklima.
The location of the apartment could hardly be better. Right on the HAWK, quiet but central, perfect for students.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte kaum besser sein. Direkt an der HAWK, ruhig aber zentral, perfekt für Studenten.
You live with Rabea (19) and Lina (21).
Rabea is at the University of Law and is well-trained by her studies. But always enjoys a pleasant taste that distracts them from learning.
Lina is currently studying apprenticeship at university, but is likely to take off shortly after me, which is why the WG is founded more or less new.
Du wohnst mit Rabea (19) und Lina (21) zusammen.
Rabea ist an der Hochschule für Rechtspflege und ist durch ihr Studium gut eingespannt. Freut sich aber immer über einen angenehmen Schnack, der sie Mal vom Lernen ablenkt.
Lina studiert aktuell Lehramt an der Uni, wird aber vermutlich kurz nach mir ausziehen, weshalb sich die WG mehr oder weniger neu gründet.
