In einer 2er WG wird zum 01.04.2008 ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist 70 m² groß und hat eine Küche mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und ein Wohnzimmer. Da wir die Miete halbiert haben und das freie Zimmer etwas kleiner ist, besteht exklusives Nutzungsrecht auf einen Teil des Wohnzimmers. Die Räume wurden vor einem halben Jahr renoviert (Laminat, Fliesen, Anstrich).
Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Kellerraum, außerdem gibt es einen Raum für Fahrräder und auf dem Dachboden kann Wäsche getrocknet werden. Dazu gibts Kabel-, DSL- und Telefonanschluß
Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind in 10, die FH in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
