Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß und mit seinem quadratischen Schnitt sehr geräumig. Wie die anderen Zimmer in der WG ist es mit einem schönen Dielen-Boden ausgestattet und hat mit seinen hohen Decken ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. Die Fensterfront Richtung Süden sorgt dafür, dass es in diesem Zimmer immer schön hell und freundlich ist - aber keine Sorge, im Sommer wird es hier trotzdem nicht zu warm.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet genügend Stauraum. Zu der Einrichtung gehören das Bett + 1,40x2m Matratze, der Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, das Sofa mit einem kleinen Couchtisch sowie der Kleiderschrank und das Regal am Bett.
Kurz gefasst: Alles was du an Möbeln brauchst ist da.
Unsere Altbau-Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und besteht neben den vier Zimmern aus einer schönen Küche, einem großzügigen Badezimmer (mit Fenster) und einen langen Flur. Unsere Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, neben einer Spülmaschine haben wir hier auch eine kleine Nebelmaschine für kleine Partys :). Zudem steht in unserem Badezimmer auch eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir recht gutes und stabiles Internet.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Innenhof abstellen oder nach Bedarf auch in unserem Keller-Abteil einschließen. Hier haben wir auch Platz für Dinge, die man halt sonst so in den Keller stellt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300€. Darin enthalten sind die Mietkosten, Nebenkosten inkl. Internet sowie die Nutzung der Möbel.

Your room is about 18m² and very spacious with its square cut. Like the other rooms in the flat-sharing community, it is equipped with a beautiful floorboard and has a pleasant feeling of space with its high ceilings. The window front to the south ensures that it is always nice and bright in this room - but do not worry, in the summer it is still not too warm here.
The room is equipped with everything necessary and offers enough storage space. The furniture includes the bed + 1,40x2m mattress, the desk with chair, the sofa with a small coffee table as well as the closet and the shelf by the bed.
In short: Everything you need in furniture is there.
Our old building apartment is located on the 3rd floor and consists of four rooms, a nice kitchen, a spacious bathroom (with window) and a long hallway. Our kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, besides a dishwasher we also have a small fog machine for small parties :). Moreover, in our bathroom there is also a bathtub and a washing machine. We also have quite good and stable internet.
You can park your bike in the courtyard or lock it in our basement compartment. Here we also have space for things that you usually put in the basement.
The warm rent is 300€. This includes the rent, utilities incl. internet and the use of the furniture.

Unsere WG liegt in der Hildesheimer Nordstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle liegen quasi direkt vor der Tür. Auch den Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du ca. 15 Minuten bis zur HAWK und mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus bist du jeweils in knapp 20 Minuten bei der Universität.
Noch schneller als zu der Uni und Fachhochschule bist du in der Innenstadt und kannst Kneipen und Bars besuchen.
Ach ja und falls man irgendwann wieder feiern gehen kann, bist du innerhalb von 5 Minuten aus der Kufa wieder im Bett ;)
Ansonsten liegt unsere Wohnung hier recht ruhig und wir fühlen uns in der Gegend sehr wohl.

Our WG is located in the northern part of Hildesheim. Shopping facilities and a bus stop are almost directly in front of the door. You can also reach the train station in a few minutes on foot. By bike it takes you about 15 minutes to the HAWK and by bike or bus it takes you about 20 minutes to the university.
Even faster than to the university and the university of applied sciences you are in the city center and can visit pubs and bars.
Oh yes and if you can go partying again sometime, you are within 5 minutes from the Kufa back in bed ;)
Otherwise, our apartment here is quite quiet and we feel very comfortable in the area.

Da ich für ein Praktikum nach Köln ziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer für 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete frei.
In der WG leben mit dir:
Alrun - sie studiert Grundschullehramt an der Uni und lernt gerne mit bunten Lernzetteln. Neben dem Studium treibt sie regelmäßig Sport, tüddelt viel rum und kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Pflanzen.
Anika - wie Alrun studiert sie auch an der Uni, allerdings Umweltsicherung - Pflanzen sind also auch bei ihr ein Ding. Sie besucht gerne Flohmärkte und die Einrichtung ihres Zimmers ist ein nie endender Prozess.
Anna - auch sie studiert Umweltsicherung an der Universität und hegt und pflegt ihre Pflanzen. Sie geht regelmäßig zum Sport, guckt gerne Serien und ist viel unterwegs.
Neben unserem Alltag sitzen wir oft zusammen, Kochen gemeinsam und trinken das eine oder andere Bier. Wenn uns danach ist, machen wir auch gerne mal eine kleine Party in der Küche, gehen (wenn es möglich ist) zusammen feiern oder laden Freunde zu uns ein.
Auch wenn wir viel zusammen unternehmen, respektieren wir unsere Privatsphäre und so hat hier jede von uns genügen Ruhe zum Arbeiten und Zeit für sich.

Living in the WG with you:
Alrun - she studies elementary school teaching at the university and likes to learn with colorful learning notes. In addition to her studies, she regularly does sports, tiddles around a lot and lovingly takes care of her plants.
Anika - like Alrun, she also studies at the university, but environmental protection - so plants are also a thing for her. She likes to visit flea markets and decorating her room is a never-ending process.
Anna - she also studies Environmental Protection at the university and cherishes her plants. She regularly goes to sports, likes to watch series and travels a lot.
Besides our daily routine, we often sit together, cook together and drink the odd beer. When we feel like it, we also like to have a little party in the kitchen, go out together (if it's possible) or invite friends over.
Even if we do a lot together, we respect our privacy and so each of us has enough peace to work and time for himself.
