Ich suche einen Mitbewohner für meine möblierte 3-Zimmer Wohnung. (Student/Wochenendfahrer).Sie ist ca. 86 Quadratmeter groß. Sie verfügt über :
-ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer ( Sofa, Sessel, Couchtisch, Regalwand, Fernseher, Radio,DVD, Essecke.( ca. 27m2)

ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett 1,4m breit, 1 Schrank ,Nachttisch,Waschbecken.(12,5m2)
-voll ausgestattete Küche ( Kühlschrank, Backofen, E-Herd, diverse E.-Geräte, Geschirr. (8,5m2)
-Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne auch zum Duschen, Waschmaschine, Allibert.(4,3m2)
-Balkon mit Sitzgruppe. (5,6m2)
-Die Diele mit Garderobe (9m2)

In der Nähe sind der Hohnsensee, das Freibad und der historische Kern Hildesheims. Von hier ist es nicht weit bis zur Fachhochschule. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die meisten Sportvereine sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses.

Ich bin Pensionär und bewohne ein Zimmer der Wohnung. Ich bin häufig außer Haus, da ich viel reise. Wer Wert auf Ruhe legt, ist hier richtig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wird auch von ruhigen Nachbarn bewohnt. Jogging Strecke vor dem Haus.
