Ich vermiete in unserer großen Altbauwohnung mein 24 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer. Von August bis September 2015.
Es ist sehr hell durch die raumhohe Fensterfront. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (Schreibtisch, ein großer Kleiderschrank und weiter kleinere Schränke, Bett).
Die Wohnküche ist komplett eingerichtet und der gemeinsame Treffpunkt unserer Wohnung. Wir sind ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd und einer Kaffeepadmaschine.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 260 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten/Strom/Internet.
Man kann die Universität als auch die FH (HAWK) sehr gut erreichen. Der schöne Hohnsensee ist nicht weit entfernt. Netto, Rewe und Aldi befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca 10min Fußweg oder 5 min Fahrrad. Der Hildesheimer Ostbahnhof ist zu Fuß 10 min weit weg. Haltestellen sind in 3-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir wohnen in einem WG Haus und hier sind alle aufgeschlossen und freundlich. In der WG unternehmen wir gern mal was zusammen - komm' doch einfach mal auf ein Bier vorbei und lern' uns kennen!
