Your future WG room is always flooded with light thanks to the 2 large windows, making it ideal for learning and relaxing.
The room is large enough so everything you need is easy to fit in.
If you are interested, the furniture could also be taken over against a detachment (by agreement).
The apartment is very spacious and we have next to the kitchen and 2 bathrooms also a beautiful, light-flooded living room.
Thanks to the 2 bathrooms, you don't get in the bathroom in the morning.
The apartment is located in the first of 4 floors, but the move should not be a problem because the staircase is very spacious.

dein zukünftiges WG Zimmer ist dank der 2 großen Fenster immer lichtdurchflutet, weshalb es sich optimal zum lernen und entspannen eignet.
Der Raum ist groß genug, sodass alles was du brauchst easy reinpasst.
Sehr gerne könnten die Möbel bei Interesse auch gegen eine Ablöse (nach Absprache) übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wir haben neben der Küche und 2 Bädern auch ein schönes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer.
Dank der 2 Bäder kommt man sich auch morgens im Bad nicht in die Quere.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten von 4 Stockwerken, der Umzug sollte aber kein Problem sein, da das Treppenhaus sehr geräumig ist.

In der Innenstadt bist du auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, außerdem haben wir die Saale direkt vor der Tür, sodass man auch mal schön sparzieren/laufen gehen kann :).
In your future WG lives Matteo (19). Matteo studies media informatics at FH. During the day Matteo is either at the university or outside while still we meet in the WG almost daily for cooking or watching film :).
In deiner zukünftigen WG lebt Matteo (19). Matteo studiert Medieninformatik an der FH. Tagsüber ist Matteo entweder an der Uni oder draußen beim laufen, trotzdem treffen wir uns in der WG fast täglich zum kochen oder Film schauen :).
