ein WG-Zimmer (bis 280 EURO warm) in Köln (oder Umgebung).
Ich bin 25 Jahre, mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung (mit FHR) in Köln-Deutz und bekomme Bafög und Kindergeld.
Bin eher ein ruhiger Typ.
Nichtraucher.
Habe keine Haustiere.
Sollte es eine Kaution geben, wäre gut wenn ich das auf 2 Raten bezahlen kann.
