Da ich Ende März / Anfang April ausziehen werde, wird mein ca. 18m² großes Zimmer frei. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster, durch das immer viel Licht ins Zimmer kommt.

Since I will be moving out at the end of March / beginning of April, my approximately 18m² room will be available. It has a large window that always brings lots of light into the room. The room is freshly painted!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Ilmenau in einer Nebenstraße, wodurch es ruhig ist.
Du erreichst alles wichtige in nur wenigen Gehminuten.
Bis zur Innenstadt, Kaufland und dem Bahnhof sind es je 3 min. Zum Campus benötigst du 15 Minuten, zum Stadtcampus 5 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio.
ENGLISH:
The apartment is in the center of Ilmenau on a side street, which makes it quiet. You can reach everything important in just a few minutes on foot. It is 3 minutes each to the city center, Kaufland and the train station. It takes 15 minutes to get to the campus and 5 minutes to get to the city campus. There is a gym directly opposite.
Ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt. Es war uns immer wichtig gut miteinander klar zu kommen.
