Hello friends of shared living!
At the end of October, one of our roommates will move out of his room. We are now looking for a successor to the room.
The room offered here is oriented east and gets the morning sun off and has a beautiful view of the mountains from the window and the balcony especially in winter.
The room is about 10 square meters and offers enough space for everything you need. It is offered unfurnished, but if necessary we can talk about things. Some things are already there and the apartment is otherwise completely furnished.
The apartment has a large living room and another working/common room. Nice storage room in the kitchen. With 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub, 1x shower) there are hardly waiting times in the morning. The WG is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
There is an elevator in the building, which is certainly practical for the entrance, but stair climbing should also be healthy;)
The room will be available from the end of June/beginning of July. If necessary, we can talk about a later move.
Hallo Freunde des gemeinsamen Wohnens!
Ende Oktober wird einer unserer Mitbewohner aus seinem Zimmer ausziehen. Wir suchen nun einen Nachfolger für das Zimmer.
Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und bekommt die Morgensonne ab und hat vor allem im Winter einen schönen Blick auf die Berge aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 Quadratmeter groß und bietet genügend Platz für alles, was man braucht. Es wird unmöbliert angeboten, aber bei Bedarf können wir sicher über Dinge sprechen. Einiges ist auch schon da und die Wohnung ist ansonsten auch komplett eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein weiteres Arbeits-/Gemeinschaftszimmer. Genügend Stauraum in der Küche. Mit 2 Bädern (1x Badewanne, 1x Dusche) gibt es kaum Wartezeiten am Morgen. Die WG ist mit einem Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude, was für den Einzug sicher praktisch ist, aber Treppensteigen soll ja auch gesund sein ;)
Das Zimmer wird ab Ende Juni/Anfang Juli verfügbar sein. Bei Bedarf können wir über einen späteren Einzug sprechen.
The WG is on top of the Pörlitzer Höhe (PöHö). But the mountain is half as bad as it looks.
The Unicampus can be reached in five minutes by bike. The city campus is in 3 minutes.
Railway and bus stops are close by.
The REWE market and Aldi are almost next.
Higlight here is the outstanding view of Ilmenau.
Die WG liegt oben auf der Pörlitzer Höhe (PöHö). Der Berg ist jedoch halb so schlimm wie er aussieht.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Unicampus in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Stadtcampus kommt man in 3 Minuten.
Bahn- und Bushaltestelle liegen unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Der REWE-Markt und Aldi ist quasi nebenan.
Higlight hier ist die überragende Aussicht auf Ilmenau.
Our WG motto is open to friends and guests.
A cozy meeting in the living room is common with us. After pleasure and mood, also common cooking rounds/grill evenings. The open kitchen makes it possible to cook and talk at the same time.
Our interests are very varied. We do all different sports from climbing to swimming and modelling. We are active in various associations.
In the living room, a media server and a playstation with various streaming services provide short-livedness. In the evening we like to sit together, watch series or play something.
If necessary, you can also get back.
Unser WG-Motto heißt offen sein für Freunde und Gäste.
Ein gemütliches Zusammensein im Wohnzimmer ist bei uns üblich. Nach Lust und Laune auch mal gemeinsame Kochrunden/Grillabende. Die offene Küche macht es dabei möglich gleichzeitig zu kochen und zu quatschen.
Unsere Interessen sind sehr vielfälltig. Wir machen alle verschiedenen Sport von Klettern bis Schwimmen und Modellbau. Wir sind in verschiedenen Vereinen aktiv.
Im Wohnzimmer sorgen ein Mediaserver und eine Playstation mit verschiedenen Streamingservices für Kurzweiligkeit. Abends sitzen wir gern mal beisammen, schauen Serien oder spielen etwas.
Bei Bedarf kann man sich natürlich auch gern mal zurück ziehen.
