Hallo liebe WG- Suchende,
in unserer schönen WG wird ein helles, quadratisch geschnittenes, unmöbliertes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß und steht ab dem 18. April zur Verfügung. Die WG befindet sich im 3. OG. Außerdem verfügt das Wohnhaus über einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist 60 qm groß. Die große Wohnküche bietet genügend Platz.
Der Rest der WG ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so zum Leben braucht. Sämtliches Geschirr, Kochutensilien usw. darfst du selbstverständlich mitbenutzen. Aus diesem Grund wird einmalig eine Ablöse von 70 Euro verlangt. Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 167 Euro.
Das Wohngebiet am Stollen ist nur wenige Minuten von der Uni und der Stadt entfernt.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend. Edeka ist gleich um die Ecke und bis zum Kaufland sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Deine möglichen neuen Mitbewohner sind wir: Miki (27, m) und Lisa (21, w). Wir beide studieren derzeit im 7. Fachsemster Biomedizinischen Technik.
Wir sind keine Zweck- WG und suchen ein Mädel, welches gerne am WG- Leben teilnehmen möchte.
