Hallo Wohnungssuchende,
ich biete mein Zimmer von Anfang April bis Ende September zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und vollständig ausgestattet. Das Bett befindet sich mit seiner 1,40m*2,00m Liegefläche auf einer angenehmen Höhe von 2,00m und schafft so reichlich Platz für die darunter befindliche Sofaecke. Neben dem Schreibtisch mit einer Länge von 2,50m bieten auch die Regale und ein umgebauter Spint reichlich Platz und Ablagefläche. Durch das große Rundbogenfenster ist es schön hell.
Die Küche bietet neben Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine auch eine Spülmaschine.
Im Bad gibt es eine separate Dusche, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Abstellraum im Keller, der unter anderem für Fahrräder benutzt wird.
Die WG befindet sich in der Oehrenstöcker Straße.
Bis zum Kaufland und zur Fußgängerzone sind es nur ca. 1min zu Fuß.
Die 3 männlichen Mitbewohner (WIW 1. FS. Master, MT 1. FS. Master und Mathe 4. FS. Bachelor) sind sehr gesellig und kommunikativ. Es wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht und gefeiert.
Die Nutzung des Internets ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
