ich biete meine 2 Zimmer - ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 10qm) und ein "Studierzimmer" (ca. 15qm) - im Zeitraum ab dem 1.10.12 bis zum 31.3.13 zur Zwischenmiete an. Hochstwahrscheinlich kann die Wohnung danach auch komplett übernommen werden!
Beide Zimmer sind komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Expedit, Schreibtisch, TV, ...)und somit ideal für Erst-Semestler, die sich erst in Ilmenau orientieren wollen oder auch andere, die sich für 8 Monate ins gemachte Nest setzen möchten!
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Wanne, großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon.
Rewe, Aldi, Dönerladen und Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es zur Uni und Innenstadt maximal 10 Minuten.
Das zweite Zimmer steht auch zur Zwischenmiete frei, somit ideal für Freunde/Pärchen. Es kann eventuell auch schon früher eingezogen werden.
