Ein netter junger Medientechnologiestudent sucht eine/n Mitbewohner/in in einer hübsch eigerichteten WG. Neben dem Zimmer kann ein sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Stereoanlage und eine große Küche mitbenutzt werden. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Durchreiche zur Küche die zur Bar umfunktioniert wurde und ein wirklicher Eyecatcher ist. Das Bad ist saniert und sehr sauber und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Auf Sauberkeit wird im allgemeinen viel Wert gelegt. Nachbarn sind alle nett und es gab noch keine Probleme wegen Lautstärke oder ähnliches. Du solltest jedoch deine eigene Zimmereinrichtung mitbringen.
Da ich jedoch derzeit nicht in Ilmenau bin, sollte dringend ein paar Tage vor der Besichtigung ein Termin vereinbart werden.
