Das Zimmer ist in einer 80qm großen 3er WG in einem etwa 10 Jahre alten Haus und komplett möbliert (Doppelbettcouch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch). In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couchecke und Essbereich. Vom schönen Südbalkon hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick in Richtung Lindenberg.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Marktplatz. Aqui, Piano und Bohne sind also schnell zu erreichen. Tegut ist direkt vor der Haustür, Rewe (2 Minuten) und auch Kaufland (5 Minuten) sind in schnell erreichbar. Zur Uni sind es mit Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zu Fuß 20. Muss man zum Curie, sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den du nutzen kannst, da die anderen beiden kein Auto haben.
Meine Mitbewohner sind ein Maschinenbauer im 7. Semester und ein BMT'ler im 9. Semester. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, einem abendlichen Bier sind beide nicht abgeneigt und am Wochenende wird oft gemeinsam gekocht.
Ich bin in der Woche ganztägig per Handy erreichbar. Ansonsten natürlich auch per Email. Beim Einzugstermin bin ich flexibel, das Zimmer könnte auch ab sofort übernommen werden.
In der Miete sind Nebenkosten sowie Telefon/Internet enthalten.
