Hallo,
da ich für vier Monate ins Praktikum gehe, möchte ich gern mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Wir wohnen zu fünft in dieser WG und sind aber keine Zweck-WG. Gern wird auch mal zusammen gekocht oder gefeiert :)
Mein Zimmer ist 20m² groß, mit zwei Dachfenstern. Unser Gemeinschaftsraum ist die offene Küche in der wir auch abends gern beieinander sitzen. Soweit ist alles in der WG vorhanden, Internet, kleiner Garten (wo man auch das Fahrrad abstellen kann), Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Dusche, Mikrowelle. Ich würde das Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum komplett möbliert anbieten (Tisch, Bett, Schrank, Regal,...)
