Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß. Hat neues Laminat. Zu der Teilmöblierung gehören Bett, Schrank und eine kleiner Apothekerschrank über die man sich aber auch noch mit dem Vermieter einigen kann.
Es liegt direkt am Röntegenbau. Von der Lage also super Zentral egal ob man zum Campus oder in die Stadt will.
Es ist zwar eine Zweck-WG, allerdings mit super netten Mitbewohnern, die selbst zwar ziemlich ruhig sind sich aber auch nie beschwert haben wenn ich mal Leute da hatte.
In dem Zimmer ist rauchen erlaubt und mit den 224,5€ bekommst du das Rundumsorglospaket in dem alles enthalten ist (Miete, Strom, Internet, Heizkosten, alles). Einzig für kabel oder/und satellit müsstes du noch einmal etwas bezahlen. da hättest du dann allerdings sky und keine Ahnung was noch alles. kann selbst wenig dazu sagen, da ich nur das normale Fernsehen genutzt habe.
