Die Porzel-WG befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines der ältesten Fachwerkhäuser Ilmenaus und sucht Nachwuchs.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Moritz und Adrian. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was als WG, sind aber auch gern unter uns. Wir spielen ab und an mal eine Runde Dart in unserer gemütlichen Küche und hören dabei gute Musik oder gehen z. B. ins Gym.
Dort hin und in die Innenstadt sind es keine 5 min. Der Stadtcampus ist auch gleich um die Ecke und zum Hauptcampus fährt man keine 10 min mit dem Rad. Fahrradraum gibt es auch.
Wir haben zwar keinen Balkon, aber das Porzelhaus verfügt über ein 1-A Flachdach, von dem man ganz Ilmenau überblicken kann.
