I'm studying PHD at mechanical engineering here at Ilmenau and living in a two-person shared flat. I'm going to Japan for a scientific collaboration and my kind and friendly 20 years old flatmate will be alone in an almost big, newly repaired and painted, beautiful flat. We want to rent my room for the time that I'm not here, so he won't be also alone.
The area that is going to be rented is a 12qm full furnished room and you will share the balcony, kitchen and living room.
The flat is well positioned. You can have access to the big three shopping centers (Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka) in less than 5 minutes. And also if you have a car,
you can find lots of parking possibilities around us.

Ich bin eine Promotionstudentin und suche ab erste Dezember Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für unsere WG Am Stollen. Da ich wegen eine Dienstreise Ilmenau verlassen muss, ist mein 12qm fullmobliertes Zimmer zu vergeben. Die WG ist insgesamt ca. 57qm groß. Unsere WG besteht außerdem aus einer großen Küche und Wohnzimmer- mit viel Platz für gemeinsame WG-Abende, diverse Party-Vorbereitungen, Fernsehabende etc. -, sowie einem schönen Bad mit Badewanne(inkl. Duschvorrichtung, Balkon und Keller. Mein 20 jahre Alt Mietbewohner ist auch sehr nett, hilfreich, sozial und freundlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in der nähe von Uni. Zu Kaufland sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, schneller zu erreichen sind ein Edeka und ein Aldi. Zur Uni ist man mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten gefahren.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, für ?€ einen eigenen Parkplatz zu mieten.
Zum Schluss noch der für uns wichtigste Punkt: Wir sind KEINE Zweck-WG. Das heißt, wir legen viel wert auf unser gemeinsames WG-Leben mit allem was dazu gehört... :)
