Hey,
ich möchte mein WG-Zimmer zum 9.März abgeben. Es ist 20 Quadratmeter groß, liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das stört aber weiter nicht, weil die Mitbewohnerin, die ihr Zimmer dahinter hat, sehr rücksichtsvoll ist. Meine Möbel werde ich, bis auf einen eingebauten Schrank alle mitnehmen.
Neben dem Zimmer erwartet dich ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und 3 nette Mitbewohner Anne, Jasmin und Lennard. Wir sind eine nicht-raucher WG und wollen das auch so beibehalten.
Mit Fahrrad brauchst du ca. 5 min zur Uni und zu Fuß ca. 15 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geldautomaten, Kneipen, den Bahnhof, ein Kino und was man sonst noch so braucht, erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß. Die oben genannten Miete enthält Strom, DSL, Gas und andere Nebenkosten.
