Dein Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet und liegt im vorderenTeil der Wohnung mit wunderbarer Morgensonne. Gerne kannst du es selber gestalten. Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 200 Euro inklusive alle Kosten.
Die ganze Wohung ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Dich erwarten 180 m² mit wunderschönem Parkettboden, riesigem Ess- und Wohnzimmer, großzügigem Flur, Keller und ebenso riesigem Garten mit Feuerstelle.

We have a bright and spacious 24 m² room available for rent. The period of your stay we can adapt individual, also a shorter period is possible.
The room is furnished individually and located in the front part of the apartment with wonderful morning sun. You are also free to design the room as you want it. The price 250 Euro including all costs.
The whole flat is absolutely great. 180 m², wunderful hallway floor, huge dining- and livingroom, big hallway, cellar and also a great garden with fireplace are awaiting you.
Die Goetheallee ist die idyllischste und schönste Wohngegend Ilmenaus. Von der Wohnung blickst du direkt ins Grüne. Bis in den Wald ist es ein Katzensprung. Ein Traum- nicht nur für alle Sport-, Natur- und Waldliebhaber. Der Wanderweg zum Ilmenauer Hausberg, dem Kickelhahn, verläuft gleich hinter dem Haus.
Zur Uni sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bis zur Fußgängerzone in die Stadt sind es 7 Minuten.
Bis zum Freibad sind es 5 Minuten.

The Goetheallee is the most idyllic and beautiful residential area of Ilmenau. From the apartment you look directly into the green. It's only a stone's throw to the forest. A dream not only for all sports, nature and forest lovers. The hiking trail to Ilmenaus main mountain, the Kickelhahn, runs right behind the house.
The university is about 10 minutes by bike.
Shops are within 5 minutes walking distance.
It is 7 minutes to the pedestrian area in the city.
The outdoor pool is 5 minutes away.

Wir führen ein entspanntes Miteinander. Alles kann aber nichts muss. Du findest auch deine Ruhe, wann immer du Sie brauchst.

We have a very relaxed shared apartment. Everything can, but nothing has to. Here you can also find your space, whenever you need it.
