Hey liebe Leute,
Im Angebot sind zwei Zimmer (circa 7 + 12 qm) in einer sehr großen WG mitten im Zentrum von Ilmenau. Das kleinere Zimmer zeigt in Richtung Hof und ist sehr ruhig, das andere zeigt Richtung Fußgängerzone.
Alle abgebildeten Möbel, wie Bett, Kommode, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regale und Stühle können für nur 200€ übernommen werden.Zur WG gehören 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein rießiger Flur und eine große Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist (großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Die monatliche Miete beträgt 275€ all inclusive (Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ).
The room is split into two. The bigger part is the bedroom itself (nearly 12 square meters) and the smaller part is a studio-room (7 square meters). All the furniture is intended to be sold for a price of only 200 Euros (bed, wardrobes, TV table, night stand, racks, desk, chairs). The flat also has two bathrooms, a huge corridor and a big kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine and dish washer. Monthly rent is 275€ all inclusive (rent, water, electricity, internet, GEZ).
Die WG ist direkt im Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür, die Bushaltestelle zur Uni ist 2 min entfernt. Zum Bahnhof und Stadtcampus sind es ca. 10 min, zum Hauptcampus ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad geht alles natürlich noch schneller. ;) Es gibt auch direkt in der Nähe (1min Fußweg) einen großen Parkplatz für das Auto, falls Bedarf besteht.
The apartment is very well located in Ilmenau city center; <1 min walking distance to the Deutsche Post, 10 min walking distance to the train station, 4 min walking distance to the supermarket Nahkauf and 8 min walking distance to Kaufland. City campus is 10 min away, main campus about 20 min. The bus station to the main campus is only 2 min away.
Everything is relatively close to the apartment. There is also a large car park nearby (1min walk) if needed.
In der WG wohnen insgesamt vier Leute . Das wären einmal Andy, Simon, Ulas und Jonas(der ab dem 01.08.2020 leider nicht mehr mit uns ist.) . Unsere WG ist keine Zweck WG und wir unternehmen gerne zusammen etwas. Neben gemeinschaftlichem Kochen, kann man zusammen Spielabende machen und natürlich auch feiern gehen. Für Privatsphäre, falls selbst erwünscht, kann man sich jederzeit zurückziehen.
A total of four people live in the apartment. That would be Andy, Simon, Ulas and Jonas (who unfortunately will not be with us from August 1st, 2020). Our apartment is not a shared flat and we love to do something together. In addition to cooking/eating together, we do some game nights together and of course partying. For privacy, if desired, you can withdraw at any time.
