Helles und ruhiges WG -Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon in einer netten 9er Studenten WG. Das Zimmer liegt im 1. OG ruhig nach hinten raus und ist mit Laminat ausgestattet. Die WG erstreckt sich über das 1. und 2. OG. des Hauses. Im EG befindet sich eine Pizzeria.
Die WG verfügt über zwei Bäder (im 1. OG mit WC und Dusche und im 2. OG mit WC und Badewanne) sowie einer separaten Toilette im 2. OG, so dass es zu keinem morgendlichen Stau kommt. Eine große Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Spüle etc. ausgestattet. Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Bright and quiet flat-sharing room with private balcony in a nice flat-sharing community of 9 students. The room is on the 1st floor, quietly facing the back and has laminate flooring. The flat-sharing community extends over the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. There is a pizzeria on the ground floor.
The flat-sharing community has two bathrooms (on the 1st floor with toilet and shower and on the 2nd floor with toilet and bathtub) as well as a separate toilet on the 2nd floor, so that there is no morning traffic jam. A large communal kitchen is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, etc. There is also a washing machine available.
Die WG befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Ilmenau.
Ein großer Supermarkt Kaufland, die Drogerie DM oder auch die Fußgängerzone mit netten Geschäften sind in knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In gleicher Entfernung liegt auch das neu eröffnete Hallenbad und die Eishalle. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Uni ist innerhalb 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Das schöne Umland sorgt für einen entspannten Alltag und lädt zu Fahrradrad oder Wandertouren ein.
The shared flat is centrally located in Ilmenau.
A large supermarket Kaufland, the drugstore DM or the pedestrian zone with nice shops can be reached by walk in just 5 minutes. The newly opened indoor public swimming pool and the ice rink are in the same distance. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The university can be reached within 10 minutes by bike.
The beautiful surrounding countryside makes for a relaxed everyday life and invites you to go cycling or hiking.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus 7 Bewohnern aus unterschiedlichen Nationen.
Das WG Leben ist offen und herzlich. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und der große Gemeinschaftsbalkon laden zum geselligen Beisammensein ein. Die WG organisiert sich selbst und es gibt einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, damit sich alle wohl fühlen.

Life in the flat-sharing community is open and cordial. The communal kitchen and the large communal balcony are inviting places for socialising. The flat-sharing community organises itself and there is a common cleaning schedule so that everyone feels comfortable.
