The room is right on the main street, so you have a nice view, lots of light and fresh air. The room comes fully furnished with everything that you see being included.
The room is very peaceful and welcoming, you'll feel the warmth as soon as you step in.
You get lots of space to store your stuff in the big wardrobe as well as the "bookshelf" on which the TV is kept. There's a very comfortable office chair in the room now in addition to the one in the picture, then there's the double sized bed, a shoe rack and a full body mirror.
The flat is centrally located with Kaufland being 5 mins by walk, train station 10 mins by walk, and the city center also 10 mins by walk.
The city campus is 5 mins away on foot and the main campus is 15 mins on foot.
But all of these distances are greatly reduced if you have a cycle. And there's a bicycl storage room too, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your bike.
Everyone in this flat is open minded, friendly, helpful and most importantly compassionate. We have a very peaceful living situation and the mutual understanding between everyone is really good. We often hang out, but if you feel that's not for you, you're always free to get back to the quiet of your room.
The flat is completely furnished and the kitchen is already fully stocked with anything you might need, so it's totally optional for you to bring any cooking utensils.
I'm looking to sublet this room for the specified duration. I will be doing my Master's Thesis outside Ilmenau so I won't be here during that time, and I don't want to leave the room empty.
The benefit you get from this is that you don't have to pay any additional cost for the things you see in the room, and everything can be used by you.
And the rent of €225 includes gas, water, electricity and even wifi.
