Short paths to the pedestrian zone, supermarkets, bars and cafes (approximately 3min walk) are just as natural as the proximity to the nearby Excavation area with indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool (approx. 5min by bike or walk). The university or university can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes.

Kurze Wege zur Fußgängerzone, Supermärkte, Bars und Cafés (ca. 3min zu Fuß) sind genauso selbstverständlich wie die Nähe zum Naherholungsgebiet Baggersee mit Hallenbad und Freibad (ca. 5min mit dem Fahrrad bzw zu Fuß). Die Uni bzw Hochschule ist in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Die beiden aktuellen Bewohner (Studenten aus DE und Malaysia) sind sehr nett und es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG. Bei Interesse werden Sie zuerst mit einem der beiden einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren, da auch mir wichtig ist, dass die Chemie in der WG passt!
