Your future room shows to the north side and is very bright through the large window. It has very high ceilings.
The takeover of the bed (without mattress) is assumed, which is why the renter would like a discount of 50€.
It is all essential in the WG included: washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, pots and various kitchen utensils. All we share, we regulate fair about the Split app and a common shopping list.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer zeigt zur Nordseite und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Altbautypisch hat es sehr hohe Decken.
Die Übernahme des Bettes (ohne Matratze) wird vorausgesetzt, weshalb der Vormieter dafür gerne einen Abschlag von 50€ hätte.
Es ist alles essenzielle in der WG enthalten: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und diverse Küchengeräte. Alles, was wir uns teilen, regeln wir fair über die Split App und eine gemeinsame Einkaufsliste.
The apartment with old building arm is located directly in the city center and you have everything your heart desires, close to (effis, gastronomy, supermarkets, parks, THI/Uni, Post).
Die Wohnung mit Altbaucharme befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt und man hat alles, was das Herz begehrt, in nächster Nähe (Öffis, Gastronomie, Supermärkte, Parks, THI/Uni, Post).
Since we have a large living room and kitchen, as well as a hallway with kicker, you have as a WG many possibilities to spend a nice time together, but also enough space for everyone to have their own retreat.
Your potential roommates would be Abdulahad and I (Maja):
From 01.07. two of our roommates, which is why we only stay in the WG for two.
Abdulahad is 21 years old and studied at THI. He likes to cook, likes nature and likes to travel with friends. He's from Pakistan. Since German is not his native language, much English is spoken in the WG, which is why you should not have any problems with it.
Maja (I) is 21 years old and works at DR real estate in downtown. In their spare time, I like to act in animal welfare, enjoy fitness and meet regularly with friends and family in the city. Like Leonie, I like to cook vegetarian.
Our cleaning plan makes the WG very clean.
Da wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und Küche, sowie ein Flur mit Kicker haben, hat man als WG viele Möglichkeiten eine schöne Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, aber auch genug Platz, dass jeder seinen eigenen Rückzugsort hat.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner wären Abdulahad und ich (Maja):
Es ziehen ab dem 01.07. zwei unserer Mitbewohner weswegen wir nur zu zweit in der WG bleiben.
Abdulahad ist 21 Jahre und studiert an der THI. Er kocht gerne, mag die Natur und ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs. Er kommt aus Pakistan. Da deutsch nicht seine Muttersprache ist, wird viel Englisch in der WG gesprochen, weshalb du damit keine Probleme haben solltest.
Maja (ich) bin 21 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei DR Immobilien in der Innenstadt. In ihrer Freizeit engagiere ich mich gerne im Tierschutz, mache gerne Fitness und treffe mich regelmäßig mit Freunden und Familie in der Stadt. Wie Leonie koche ich auch sehr gerne vegetarisch.
Durch unseren Putzplan ist die WG sehr sauber.
