I am giving out my room for a sublet from 03.04.2024 to 20.05.2024.The room is a spacious, comfortable room in a shared WG. The room consists of a cupboard, a bed, a computer table, a side table and a chair. I am leaving behind my monitor and a pedestal fan and this can be used by the tenant. There is ample amount of storage space below the bed. The monthly rent is 420 euros with all the costs included. The Wifi speed is also really good, so that Home Office should not be a problem.

The apartment is located in Mailing, Ingolstadt. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment. There is a direct bus to Audi with very good frequency (once every 15 minutes) and the same bus also goes to THI(Stadttheater, technically). The entire area is calm and quiet and is purely residential.

There are 4 other roommates. One of them is a student at THI and the remaining people are working. There is hardly any overlap of cooking timings. There is a washing machine, a dryer which are coin operated and there are dryers present to facilitate quick drying of clothes. There is a weekly plan to clean the common areas, kitchen and the bathroom which is carried out efficiently. Privacy is respected by all the roommates.
