Since the current tenant exchanges his WG life for an apartment, there is the possibility to rent this bright and very quiet WG room in a TOP position indefinitely.

In addition to the room with great living quality, common areas for kitchen, dining area, shower and separate toilet are available. The total area of the WG is about 86 square meters. In addition, outside the apartment in the 1st OG there is a separate room with the connection for washing machines.

The location of the house "Schrannenstr. 6" is absolute BESTLAGE in downtown Ingolstadt, which our tenants very much appreciate. To the university as well as to the university it is only a few minutes walk (about 9) and also the bus connection, for example to AUDI, AIRBUS etc., is in immediate vicinity.

Her two WG roommates Adrian (center 20) who is employed after his Master's degree at AIRBUS and Alex (18 years) who will start his dual studies at THI and at AIRBUS are extremely nice and cultivated persons.

Since it is very important to us for the owner family that our tenants feel comfortable the rental is done directly by us, a commission is dispensed with.

Location:
The house is located in the heart of Ingolstadt in absolute prime location. Restaurants, cafes and party miles are right around the corner. Three supermarkets (Edeka, Norma, Rewe) are within walking distance (about 300 m). DM and main shopping street are within 3 minutes walking distance.

You would have two of the most important bus stops right around the corner (Rathausplatz and ZOB) and are therefore top-connected in Ingolstadt.

The Audi Forum is 7 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by foot, to the WFI 5 minutes walk, to Airbus 20-30 min. by bus and THI about 10 min walk.

In the house Schrannenstr. 6 there are also two more WGs to which there is a very good contact, so there is always someone to do with. You can just leave the room door and just get out for a tea.

Therefore, the WG is not a community of purposes, but a nice one.

Other:
There is a large kitchen with fitted kitchen (fridge, stove, sink, ...), sofa and armchair.

The sanitary area is divided into two rooms (shower + toilet), which is very WG-friendly, because you can't get into the cross too easily.

In the laundry room on the first floor there is a washing machine connection with washing machine.

The landlords are very nice and always available if there should be something.

Da der aktuelle Mieter sein WG-Leben gegen eine Wohnung tauscht besteht die Möglichkeit, dieses helle und sehr ruhige WG-Zimmer in einer TOP-Lage unbefristet zu mieten.

Neben dem Zimmer mit toller Wohnqualität stehen Ihnen noch Gemeinschaftsflächen für Küche, Essbereich, Dusche und separatem WC zur Verfügung. Die Gesamtfläche der WG sind ca 86 qm. Darüber hinaus gibt es außerhalb der Wohnung im 1. OG noch einen eigenen Raum mit der Anschlussmöglichkeit für Waschmaschinen.

Die Lage des Hauses "Schrannenstr. 6" ist absolute BESTLAGE in der Innenstadt von Ingolstadt was unsere Mieter sehr schätzen. Zur Uni aber auch zur Hochschule sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten (ca. 9) und auch die Busanbindung z.B. zu AUDI, AIRBUS etc. ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ihre beiden WG-Mitbewohner Adrian (Mitte 20) der nach seinem Masterstudium bei AIRBUS beschäftigt ist und Alex (18 Jahre) der sein duales Studium an der THI und bei AIRBUS starten wird, sind ausgesprochen nette und kultivierte Personen.

Da es uns der Vermieterfamilie sehr wichtig ist dass sich unsere Mieter wohl fühlen erfolgt die Vermietung direkt durch uns, eine Provision entfällt.

- Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
- Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person vermietet - Haustiere leider nicht möglich.
- Die Bilder mit den Zimmermöbel sind vom aktuellen Mieter.
- Die monatlichen Nebenkosten sind eine Abschlagszahlung
Die Nebenkosten werden jährlich auf Basis der tatsächlichen Verbräuche und Kosten berechnet.
- Die Mindestmietzeit beträgt 12 Monate.

Location:
Der Haus liegt mitten im Herzen von Ingolstadt in absoluter Bestlage. Restaurants, Cafés und Partymeile sind direkt um die Ecke. Drei Supermärkte (Edeka, Norma, Rewe) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 300 m). DM und Haupteinkaufsstraße sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Du hättest zwei der wichtigsten Bushaltestellen direkt um die Ecke (Rathausplatz und ZOB) und bist somit in Ingolstadt top angebunden.

Zum Audi Forum sind es 7 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 20 Minuten Fußweg, zur WFI 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zu Airbus 20-30 Min. mit dem Bus und zur THI etwa 10 Min zu Fuß.

Im Haus Schrannenstr. 6 gibt es außerdem noch zwei weitere WGs, zu denen es einen sehr guten Kontakt gibt, sodass es eigentlich immer jemanden gibt, mit dem man was machen kann. Du kannst aber auch einfach mal die Zimmertür zu lassen und nur für einen Tee raus kommen.

Daher ist die WG keine Zweckgemeinschaft, sondern ein nettes Miteinander.

Wenn du dich bei uns meldest, wäre es schön, wenn Du ein bisschen über Dich schreibst und darauf eingehst, was du dir unter einem angenehmen WG-Leben vorstellst.

Sonstiges:
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit Einbauküche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle, ...), Sofa und Sessel.

Der Sanitärbereich ist auf zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt (Dusche + Toilette), was sehr WG-freundlich ist, da man sich nicht so leicht in die Quere kommen kann.

In der Waschküche in der ersten Etage steht ein Waschmaschinenanschluss mit Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer stets zur Verfügung, falls es etwas sein sollte.
