Hallo,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein 14qm großes Zimmer. Ich werde meine Möbel selber mitnehmen, daher ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und einfach geschnitten. Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern und 1 Gemeinschaftsraum. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, Die Küche ist top ausgestattet inkl. einer Spülmaschine. Außerdem befindet sich im Keller eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, die auch benutzt werden dürfen.
Die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral, d.h, ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Rad zur THI, 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Hauptbahnhof, 7 Minuten in die Stadtmitte und ca. 15 Minuten zu Audi. Es gibt 3 Minuten entfernt eine Bushaltestelle.
Die einer der Jungs ist beruftstätig und der andere ist Student an der THI. Beide sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und offen. Am Abend wird sich oft nach der Arbeit getroffen und gemeinsam gegessen oder einfach nur gequatscht. Am Wochenende fahren die Beiden meistens nach Hause. (d.h. ca alle 2 Wochen)
