Hey :) Wir suchen einen Untermieter für ca. 6 Monate, da ich (Madeleine) für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, ab dem 1.9. möglich. Auszug ist auch flexibel nach 4-6 Monaten möglich.
Dein neues Zimmer ist zur Nordseite, sodass es im Sommer immer schön angenehm ist und nie heiß wird. Es hat ca. 14 qm und zwei große Fenster. Du könntest den Schreibtisch, den Stuhl, die Kommode, das Regal und einen Nachttisch für die Zeit benutzen, wenn du möchtest. Wir bieten dir eine 1,40m oder eine 1,00m breite Matratze an, wir haben beides. Zu der 1,00m Matratze haben wir auch noch ein Bettgestellt, falls du es nutzen möchtest. Ansonsten müsstest du dir ein eigenes mitbringen. Einen Kleiderschrank haben wir auch für dich, ist nur noch nicht im Zimmer aufgebaut. Zeigen wir dir gerne vorab.
Ansonsten haben wir ein gemeinsames großes Wohnzimmer, Bad, Küche und Balkon zur Südseite. Alles ist vollständig ausgestattet und wurde letztes Jahr renoviert. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind natürlich auch dabei.

Your new room is on the north side, so it is always nice and comfortable in summer and never gets hot. It has about 14 square meters and two large windows. You can use the desk, the chair, the dresser, the shelf and a bedside table. We offer you a 1.40m or a 1.00m wide mattress, we have both. In addition to the 1,00m mattress we also have a bed frame if you want to use it. Otherwise you would have to bring your own. We also have a wardrobe for you, but it is not yet set up in the room. We can to show you in advance.
Otherwise we have a big living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony to the south side. Everything is fully equipped and was renovated last year. Washing machine and dishwasher are of course also included.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber von dem Klenzepark, sodass man bei schönem Wetter immer rausgehen kann und direkt im Grünen ist. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist "Brückenkopf", von dort sind es 4 min mit dem Bus zum HBF. In die Stadt kann man laufen, das sind ca. 7 Minuten. Zum Edeka sind es auch ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located directly opposite the Klenzepark. The next bus stop is "Brückenkopf", from there it is a 4 min bus ride to the main station. You can walk into the city, that is about 7 minutes. To Edeka it is also about 7 minutes by foot.
Sven ist dein neuer Mitbewohner. Er ist 30 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Test-Ingenieur für ein Auto-Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Er geht bouldern, fährt Rennrad und trinkt gerne mal ein Bier, Gin Tonic oder Kaffee. Essen spielt eine große Rolle in seinem Leben. Daher wird sehr gerne gekocht und auch zum Essen ausgegangen.

Sven is your new roommate. He is 30 years old and works as test engineer for a car service company. He goes bouldering, rides his racing bike and likes to have a beer, gin tonic or coffee. Food plays a big role in his life. That's why he loves to cook and go out to eat.
