Das Zimmer hält im Sommer eine angenehme, kühle Temperatur. Im Winter kann es, wenn man kein Fan von Kälte ist, etwas mühsam sein, da die Heizung häufig eingeschaltet werden muss. Andererseits verfügt das Zimmer über Vorhänge und einen Fernseher. Da ich unerwartet umziehe, könnte ich mein Bett, meinen Nachttisch, meinen Schreibtisch und einen Ständer für Jacken und Schuhe (270€) dazugeben.
Die WG ist super gelegen gegenüber sind ein Lidl und ein Rossmann. Wenige Gehminuten von der Donau entfernt und ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Stadtzentrum. Zu fuß sind die THI und Nordbahnhof in 15 minuten erreichbar oder 7 minuten mot dem Fahrrad.
Die Jungs sind super nett, beide zocken gern. Monty (27, Deutscher) studiert in der THI und Max (30, Deutscher) arbeite.
Sozial sind sie sehr flexibel: Respekt der Privatsphäre, Tiefe Gespräche oder zusammen Gehen zum Volksfest.
Im gebeüde befinden sich 3 Wohnungen. WG ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Keller.
