Die WG ist im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienwohnhauses und hat noch 5 andere Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster durch welches immer viel Licht fällt und durch das man auch gut die vorbeigehenden Leute beobachten kann. Holzboden. Interessante Steckdosenverteilung. Möbel könnten nach Absprache auch übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral im Stadtkern von Ingolstadt.
In 2min am Rathausplatz, zur Uni und zur THI jeweils ca. 10min zu fuß.
Optimale Lage fürs Nachtleben, da du nie ein Taxi oder den Bus brauchst. Auch richtig geil ist, dass du obwohl du in einer Großstadt wohnst, richtig schnell in der Natur bist falls du gerne raus gehst.
Neben dir Wohnen noch 5 andere Personen in der WG. Dies ist jedoch keineswegs ein Problem, da alle super cool drauf sind und Ihr bestimmt schnell gut miteinander klar kommt. Die WG unternimmt auch oft zusammen was, von zusammen Laufen bis Grillen auf unserer Terrasse bis hin zum Feiern natürlich!
Wir suchen eine junge, freundliche und offene Person, die sich gerne ins WG Leben einbringt!
