Das Zimmer ist mit großem Fenster sehr hell. Außerdem komplett möbliert, mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Sofa. Die Möbel sind alle in einem sehr guten Zustand und werden zur Benutzung überlassen.
Ich selber bin dualer Student, allerdings außerplanmäßig für diesen Zeitraum woanders eingesetzt, weswegen das Zimmer nun frei wird.
Küche und Bad sind mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc voll ausgestattet!
Die Lage ist in Unterhaunstadt, nicht ganz zentral aber relativ ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mit dem Fahrrad sehr günstig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ausreichend gegeben.
Der WG-Kollege ist ebenso dualer Student und während dieser Zeit aber beruflich von 9-18 Uhr täglich unterwegs. Sehr gesellig und absolut zuverlässig. Du solltest dich am besten auch direkt bei ihm persönlich vorstellen, damit ihr kurz seht, ob es so passt. Aber das bekommen wir dann schon hin :-)
