The house is located between the main railway station and the city centre, UNI and AUDI.

The main railway station is about 8 – 10 minutes walk away.

A bus stop is about 50 meters away.
Bus connection to the AUDI forum about 20 minutes.
In addition, a direct bus line (X11) runs from the main train station directly to the Audi, the driving time is about 14 minutes

The motorway is about 6 minutes away.

Supermarket, pizzeria, bakery, restaurants, gas station, bank and many other shopping facilities are within walking distance.

There are parking spaces in front of the house and in the surrounding streets.
Since the park situation in Ingolstadt is generally quite bad, we strongly recommend that you leave the car at home and use the bike in Ingolstadt.

The city is not so big and everything can be easily reached by bike.
You can park your bike in the garage.
For longer trips you can take the bus, the stop is just around the corner.

Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Bäckerei, Gaststätten, Tankstelle, Bank und viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fürs Auto gibt es Stellmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und in den umliegenden Straßen.
Da die Parksituation in Ingolstadt aber generell ziemlich schlecht ist, empfehlen wir dringend, lieber das Auto am Heimatort zu lassen und in Ingolstadt das Fahrrad zu benutzen.

Die Stadt ist nicht so groß und es lässt sich alles bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Ihr Fahrrad können Sie in der Garage abstellen.
Für längere Fahrten kann man den Bus nehmen, die Haltestelle ist ja gleich um die Ecke.

In the course of the extensive, three-quarters-long, modernization work, all rooms were refurbished, partly refurbished new floors, partly refined existing parquet and repainted, and all bathrooms and kitchen with balcony were rebuilt.

Both floors are connected by the actual staircase and additionally by an inner spiral staircase.

The kitchen has a window front to the south-west balcony and offers 2 stoves, a dishwasher and 3 floor depth refrigerators/freezers, as well as 2 large dining tables.
It is so big that all residents here can cook and eat at the same time.

In summer, the large balcony overlooking the garden can be used for a cozy common meal

5 modern bathrooms are available to all residents. So no morning crowd:

In the basement there is a washing/drying room ventilated through a window with washing machine and ironing facilities.

All rooms are fully furnished and fully equipped with new furniture in 2012.

Beschreibung des Hauses:

Im Zuge der umfassenden, ein dreiviertel Jahr dauernden, Modernisierungsarbeiten wurden sämtliche Zimmer neu renoviert, teilweise neue Böden verlegt, teilweise vorhandenes Parkett abgeschliffen und neu lackiert, und sämtliche Bäder und die Küche mit Balkon wurden neu gebaut.

Elektro, Heizung und Installation wurden ebenfalls völlig neu installiert.

Das Haus besteht aus drei Stockwerken.

Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich eine kleine Arzt-Praxis mit separatem Eingang.

Die oberen beiden Stockwerke werden als WG genutzt; sie bestehen aus insgesamt 9 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche mit Balkon, einer großen Diele und 5 Bädern, die allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung stehen.

Beide Stockwerke sind durch das eigentliche Treppenhaus und zusätzlich durch eine innen gelegene Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden.

Die Wohnküche hat eine Fensterfront zum Süd-West-Balkon und bietet 2 Herde, einen Geschirrspüler und 3 bodentiefe Kühl/Gefrierschränke, sowie 2 große Esstische.
Sie ist so groß, dass alle Bewohner hier gleichzeitig kochen und essen können.

Im Sommer kann zusätzlich der große Balkon mit Blick in den Garten zum gemütlichen gemeinsamen Essen genutzt werden

Allen Bewohnern gemeinsam stehen 5 moderne Bäder zur Verfügung. Also kein morgendliches Gedränge:

Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden, die ausschließlich als Fahrradhaus dient.


Allgemeine Beschreibung der Zimmer:

Alle Zimmer sind vollständig eingerichtet und 2012 komplett mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden.
Sie haben alles, was man so braucht : Bett, Schrank, Tisch mit Stuhl, diverse Regale und Kommoden.
Auch Bettzeug ist vorhanden.

Einige Zimmer haben einen neuen Boden erhalten, in einigen Zimmern konnte der ursprüngliche Parkett- bzw. Dielenboden gerettet und neu renoviert und lackiert werden.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen TV- Anschluss.
Internet: aus Haftungsgründen wird dies von den Bewohnern untereinander zusammen eingerichtet und jeder kann sich dann selbst anschließen.
