Die ca. 90 m2 große Wohnung besteht aus vier Zimmern, Vorraum, Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne, separater Raum als WC, Balkon, Abstellraum, Kellerabteil, Wohnzimmer und extra Küche mit Esstisch.
Zu vergeben ist ein 11m2 Zimmer mit ostseitigem Fenster und Holzboden. Die ganze Wohnung hat, weil sie Altbau ist, sehr hohe Decken. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert zurückgelassen und kann ab Mitte April/Anfang Mai bezogen werden.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. 2 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 5 Minuten zum Sillpark, 15 Minuten zum Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof (zu Fuß). Mit einer Anrainerparkkarte kann man vorm Haus parken. Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist super ruhig & von den Nachbar*innen bekommt man kaum etwas mit.
Zu uns: Maia, 19, liebt es, sich kreativ auszutoben und begeistert sich für Medien und Design. Sarah, 20, häkelt gern, liebt puzzlen und Serien streamen. Wir sind beide linkspolitisch und offen eingestellt und erhoffen uns das auch von dir.
Uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns alle verstehen und uns wohlfühlen, (ganz ohne Zwang, wir alle haben ein Bedürfnis nach Privatsphäre) miteinander ab und zu einen Kaffee zu trinken.
