Das schöne Zimmer (circa 17 m2) in einer 2-er WG wird ab Mitte Mai/Anfangs Juni frei (nach Absprache). Es hat ein großes Fenster, Nachmittagssonne und man sieht auch ein bissl was von der Nordkettte. Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Dreiheiligen und ist somit sehr ruhig. Ansonten hat die WG alles was man so braucht - Waschmaschine, Kellerabteil, Parkplatz, Badewanne, etc. Der Parkplatz gehört zu der Wohnung (€ 84), welcher ansonsten vermietet werden kann. Es würde eine kleine Ablöse hinzukommen für die Waschmaschine und die Couch.
Die WG ist nahe am Zeughaus, super nah an den Bögen und trotzdem immer ruhig. Es dauert keine 10 min. in die Stadt und der Sillpark ist auch schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist Sabrina. Sie wohnt seit letztem Herbst in Innsbruck und arbeitet in der der Gastro. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist supergemütlich und sie ist immer für ein Gespräch zu haben oder um was zu unternehmen.
