Hallo liebe Wohungssuchenden! Da ich ein Praktikum machen werde und anschließend boch reisen gehe, wird mein geliebtes Zimmer diesen Sommer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es hat 13 Quadratmeter, wirkt aber durch das Hochbett größer + Balkonzugang :) Gerne können wir auch eine Online-Besichtigung vereinbaren!

Was wir an unserer WG besonders lieben:
- tägliche Dosis Sonne wegen Südausrichtung
- 60 qm Balkon mit Gemüsebeeten, Sofa, Tisch..
- zwei Bäder, so kommen wir uns nie in die Quere ;)
- super zentrale Lage
- Keller, Abstellkammer und Essbereich
- jedes Zimmer hat Balkonzugang

Hello everyone!
As I will be doing an internship and travelling afterwards, my beloved room will be available for interim rent this summer. The room ist 13 square metres in size, but the loft bed makes it look bigger + balcony access :) We can also arrange an online viewing!
Available: August/September flexible by arrangement :)
What we especially love about our flat share:
- daily dose of sunshine due to southern exposure
- 60 square metre balcony with vegetable patch, sofa, table...
- two bathrooms, so we never get in each other's way ;)
- super central location
- cellar, storage room and dining area
- every room has balcony access
