In unserer schönen WG in der Ampfererstraße wird ab Mitte Mai ein Zimmer frei. Gesucht wird jemand mit WG Vorerfahrung und dem Plan länger in Innsbruck zu bleiben (kein Erasmus).
Hierzu kurz die Hardfacts: Die WG liegt im 7. Stock eines Hochhauses und für 310 € gesamt hat das teilmöblierte Zimmer kompakte 9 m² und einen Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Nordkette. Die WG ist zweistöckig, hat zwei Toiletten, ein Bad, eine Küche mit allem nötigen Krimskrams und ein Kellerabteil.
Du würdest mit meinen lieben ehemaligen Mitbewohnern Charly (31, PhD student in Physik, ist Bob der Baumeister der WG und immer gern bei Allem dabei), Elisa (27, arbeitet im Bereich Logistik, ist unser Sprach-Chamäleon und immer für tolle Gespräche zu haben) und Marie (26, macht ihren Master in Ökologie, hat oft random Energieausbrüche, lacht viel und liebt Abenteuer) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzen gerne Abends des Öfteren für Brettspiele, Sushi night, ein zwei Bierchen oder Fernsehabende zusammen und gehen auch gerne mal gemeinsam raus zum bouldern, wandern, ect, lassen aber jedem den nötigen Freiraum. Kommuniziert wird in Englisch, allerdings versteht jeder deutsch.

A room will be available in our beautiful shared flat in Ampfererstraße from mid-May. We are looking for someone with previous flat-sharing experience and who plans to stay longer in Innsbruck (no erasmus).
Here are the hard facts: The WG is located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building and for 310 € in total the partly furnished room has a compact 9 m² and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Nordkette. The flat is on two floors, has two toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen with all the necessary bits and bobs and a cellar compartment.
You would be living with my lovely former flatmates Charly (31, PhD student in physics, is the bob the builder of our flat and always motivated to do something), Elisa (27, works in logistics, is our language chameleon and always up for nice conversations) and Marie (26, doing her Master's in ecology, has random energy bursts, laughs a lot and loves adventures). We do like to sit together in the evenings for board games, sushi night, a few beers or movie nights or do something together outside like bouldering or hiking, but give everyone the freedom they need. We communicate in English, but everyone understands German.
