von Mitte Juli bis Ende Oktober steht ein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG zur Untermiete frei! Wir sind vier Leute, drei Mädchen und ein Junge zwischen 21 und 25. Drei von uns werden über die Sommermonate die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung sein, aber das vierte Zimmer steht bis November komplett frei.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral zwischen SoWi und Hauptuni, fast direkt am Inn und am Marktplatz. Bis zur Nordkettenbahn brauchst du 15 Minuten. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen sonnigen Garten mit Grill.
Dein Zimmer ist hell mit Vorgarten und ist komplett möbliert. In der Wohnung haben wir einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, eine Abstellkammer, außerdem gehört dazu noch ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller.

Hey, we are renting out a room in our shared flat from middle of july until the end of october! The apartment is very central, close to the university, and by the river. It takes 15 minutes to go to the train that drives up the mountain! The apartment is on the ground floor, with a sunny backyard. We also have a washing machine, a dish washer, as basement compartment and bike cellar. Your room is bright, has a little yard itself and has all the furniture in it.
