Hello dear future tenants :)
Unfortunately I am moving out of this lovely apartment so I am looking for a nice tenant to whom I can entrust my room.
The room costs 600€ per month and pretty big, about 20m2, with a big balcony included too. It is furnished with a 140cm bed, a sofa, a large desk, a closet and a shelf. The view is amazing, you can see the Nordkette and the airport from your balcony which looks pretty nice at any time of the day I think :) and from the kitchen balcony you can see the whole Eastern part of the valley. If you work from home, our internet is really fast. The apartment generally consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen (+ small balcony) and a storage room. In the kitchen there is everything you need, so you don't have to bring anything :) The fridge is normal sized but we have a huge freezer :). The apartment is on the 8th floor with elevator and is generally quiet.
The room is in a 3-person shared flat in Fischnalerstraße 16, right along the beautiful Inn river. Right on the other side of the river you may find the clinic and the medical university, which are just a few minutes walk if you need to go there :) Shopping facilities are in 5-10 min walk some (Spar, Hofer, Billa, Müller) and a pharmacy is also directly on the other side of the bridge. Behind the house is also an indoor pool and some green space to do some exercise and hangout. If you like to go jogging is also possible directly along the Inn, where you can also find some table tennis tables and a few meters further some outdoor fitness equipment and possibilities to fix a slackline.
Currently Sebastian (30), Jule (27) and me (25) live in the shared flat. Both Sebastian and Jule speak German and English. Sebastian is an enthusiastic rugby player with a big love for a beautiful hut in the mountains where he works most of the time in summer. Jule is doing her second BA, in Psychology, and is currently working remotely in economic psychology. The life in the WG is very relaxed with a lot of space for yourself but also to hang out over a beer or dinner with Sebastian and Jule in the kitchen or in the kitchen balcony. The house has some cleaning rules that should be followed so that harmony can be maintained but overall things work out well with good communication among all.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested. We can schedule a visit or Skype if you are not currently in Innsbruck :)
Best regards,
Pedro Ildefonso
