hi! I'm leaving Innsbruck over the summer so my room is free to rent from the beginning of August until the end of September (entry and leaving dates are flexible).
It is a spacious room in a shared flat located in a quiet area close to the city centre, you can reach the most facilities (supermarket and swimming pool included) by feet within 3 minutes, as well as the bus stop.
The room is full furnished and offers a beautiful view on the mountains directly from the couch.
The flat has one own parking slot and a balcony, and there is a lift in the building.
The monthly rent is 350 € and the caution 625 €.

Hallihallo liebe Wohnungsuchende!
Ich biete mein 20+ m² großes Zimmer in 4er WG zu Zwischenmiete, von Anfang August bis Ende September!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Ampfererstraße, man braucht keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, aber die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Im Innenhof ist ein Parkplatz. Spar, Schwimmbad, Bushaltestelle und der Innweg (Slackline und Calisthenicspark included) befinden sich gleich um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer ist wegen den großen Fenster ganztägig sehr hell, bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf der Nordkette direkt von der Couch und ist wegen der Nord-Westen Ausrichtung im Sommer Temperaturmäßig ganz fein. Das Zimmer ist komplett mobiliert.
Du würdest mit drei nette Jungs wohnen, die entweder am arbeiten oder studieren sind und überden Sommer in Innsbruck sind.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich € 350 und die Kaution wäre € 625. Einzug- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel.
