Vermiete wegen Auslandsreise mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und westseitig ausgerichtet. Gegen Kaution können alle Möbel oder Teile nach Absprache genutzt werden (moderne Ikea-Einrichtung).
Die WG ist sehr nett, zwei Mediziner und eine Psychologiestudentin. Großes Bad (ext. Toilette), große Küche mit Abstellraum und großer Flur. Anwohnerparken möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt quasi perfekt im Zentrum, dennoch gut/schnell erreichbar und ruhig. Die (Haupt-) Uni ist binnen 120 Sekunden zu Fuß erreichbar, zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustüre, dennoch sehr ruhig da Nebenstraße und 6. Stock (inkl. Aufzug ;)). Wunderschöner Blick über Innsbrucks Westen (Flughafen) auf die Berge mit großem Balkon; Grill ist auch vorhanden.
Ein-/Auszugstermin ist in Maßen flexibel.
