Hallo liebe Wohnungsuchende,
ab dem 23.12. wird mein großes Zimmer in einer 4er-WG frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ampfererstraße 30 (Höttinger Au) und hat einen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Lage ist perfekt, mam braucht keine 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Spar und Bushaltestellen sowie das Hallenbad befinden sich gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und das Zimmer ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Ich lasse einige Möbel im Zimmer, dafür gibt es eine Ablöse.
In der Wohnung wohnen Leo (Wiwistudent), Aristedis (arbeitet) und der dritte Mitbewohner wird auch Mitte Dezember einziehen.
Die Kaution ist € 625 und die Miete beträgt € 440 pro Monat.
