Zwischenmiete in gemütlicher 3er-WG direkt am Inn

Unsere wunderschöne, gemütliche 3er-WG liegt super zentral direkt am Inn und direkt gegenüber von der Hauptuni. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tram-, Bus- und Radlstation und einen Slackline-Park. Die Innenstadt erreichst du in nur wenigen Gehminuten. 😊

Wohnen würdest du mit Feli (24) und Daria (27). Beide studieren Psychologie und sind super liebe, offene und aufgeschlossene Menschen, die sich über gemeinsame WG-Zeit mit dir freuen. Auch für Ausflügen zum Wandern oder an den Baggersee sind die beiden immer zu haben. Daria wird sich in der Zeit neben ihren unzähligen Projekten vermutlich auch mal ihrer Bachelorarbeit widmen und Feli pendelt in den Semesterferien zwischen München und Innsbruck, aber auch viel in Innsbruck sein. Die beiden freuen sich immer, wenn man mal gemeinsam kocht, ein Bier trinkt, tanzen geht oder einfach den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon bewundert.

A propos - das Herz der WG ist das schöne große Wohn- und Esszimmer und im Sommer vor allem unser Balkon! Da unsere Wohnung im 8. Stock ist, hat man eine perfekte Aussicht auf den Inn und die Berge! <3 Solltest du ein Auto haben, gäbe es auch eine Parkmöglichkeit für dich direkt vor dem Haus.
Die Kosten liegen bei monatlichen 476€ - all inclusive und das Zimmer wäre natürlich möbliert.

I am looking for a sublet from the beginning of July til about mid-September while I am going to the Baltic Sea for my internship.
Our beautiful, cozy 3-person flat-share is super centrally located directly at the Inn and directly across from the main university. In addition, there are various shopping facilities, metro, bus and bike station and a slackline park in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the city center in just a few minutes by foot. 😊
You would live together with Feli (24) and Daria (27). Both are studying psychology and are super nice and open-minded people who are looking forward to sharing time with you. They are also always up for excursions to go hiking or to the Bagersee. Daria will probably devote her time to her bachelor thesis in addition to her countless projects and Feli will be in Munich from time to time, but in Innsbruck most of the time. They are always happy to cook together, drink a beer, go dancing or just admire the sunset on the balcony.

Speaking of which - the heart of the WG is the beautiful large living and dining room and in the summer our balcony! Since our apartment is on the 8th floor, you have a perfect view over the Inn and the mountains! <3 In case you have a car, there would also be a parking for you directly in front of the house.
The cost is 476€ per month - all inclusive and the room would be furnished of course.
