Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und besitzt einen kleinen Vorraum in dem sich ein Waschbecken und ein selbstgebauter Kleiderschrank befindet. Das eigene Waschbecken ist hierbei sehr praktisch, da man sich morgens dann super schnell im eigenen Zimmer fertig machen kann. Im anderen Zimmerbereich befindet sich eine Komode, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein 1,40m Bett. Diese Möbel bleiben im Zimmer und sollten gegen eine Gebühr übernommen werden. Das Zimmer verfügt über sehr hohe Decken und einen großen Fensterbereich, wodurch viel Licht ins Zimmer gelangt.

The room has a good size and a small anteroom where a sink and a self-built closet is. The own sink is very convenient here, because you can get ready super fast in the morning in your own room. In the other area of the room there is a dresser, a rule, a desk with chair and a 1.40m bed. This furniture remains in the room and should be taken over for a fee. The room has very high ceilings and a large window area, which allows a lot of light to enter the room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Museumstraße direkt gegenüber vom Landesmuseum. Die Lage ist absolut spitze da man in dieser Straße viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Mpreis), aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur schönen Altstadt und zum Inn ist. Außerdem ist der Bahnhof ebenfalls nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Durch die Bus- und Tramhaltestellen auf der Straße kann man auch sehr schnell durch die ganze Stadt kommen.

The apartment is located in the Museumstraße directly opposite the Landesmuseum. The location is absolutely great because in this street you have many shopping opportunities (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Mpreis), but is also in close proximity to the beautiful old town and the Inn. In addition, the central station is also only 6 minutes away by walking. Due to the bus and tram stops on the street, you can also get around the whole city very quickly.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Christiana sein. Sie kommt aus Griechenland, studiert Enviromental Engineering und arbeitet momentan. Sie liebt es Sport zu machen und geht sehr gerne ins Fitnessstudio. Am Wochenende geht Christiana gerne mal feiern und ist auch in der WG immer für einen Afterwork-Talk (in english) zu haben. Für das 3. Zimmer wird ebenfalls gerade ein neuer Wg-Mitbewohner gesucht.

Your roommate will be Christiana. She comes from Greece, studies Enviromental Engineering and currently works. She loves to do sports and likes to go to the gym. On weekends Christiana likes to party and is always available for an after-work-talk (in english). We are also looking for a new roommate for room 3.
