Das Zimmer is ca. 9qm groß. Eine Abstellkammer gehört auch noch zum Zimmer
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Fast direkt am Goldenen Dacherl. Zu Fuß braucht man 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und ca. 10 Minuten zur Sowi oder Hauptuni. Ein Bäcker Ruetz ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Das Wg-Leben ist entspannt. In der Wg leben Nils, und ich Luca. Moritz und Tom ziehen jetzt aus, weswegen gleich 2 Zimmer frei werden. Es ist keine Zweck-Wg. Über gemeinsames Kochen, Bierchen zischen, und Skifahren bis hin zu feiern ist alles dabei. Jedoch hat auch jeder seine Ruhe wenn man mal keine Lust hat was zu machen. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer entspannten Wg bist in der man auch mal was zusammen unternimmt oder einfach am Abend bissl ratscht, dann bist du hier genau richtig.
Die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und alles wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mirkowelle, etc.
