ich vermiete im Zeitraum vom 01.04.2024-01.07.2024 mein Zimmer in der Altstadt in einer 5 WG. Die Wohnung liegt in der Kiebachgasse, noch zentraler und besser gelegen kann man nicht wohnen :)
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, das Zimmer selbst hat einen Erker und direktes Sonnenlicht am Nachmittag. Es ist ca. 13m² groß und verfügt über ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert vermietet, eigene Möbel mitzubringen wird aufgrund des Platzes nicht möglich sein.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt etwa 90m², verfügt über einen Balkon im Innenhof, Küche, WC, Dusche, Flur und Abstellkammer sowie Fahrradabstellraum. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Jan (25), Armin (20), Madeline (21) und Malin (21). Alle sind superlieb, freuen sich über Gesellschaft und ab und an was zusammen unternehmen. Wir alle haben verschiedene Interessen, von Musik, Sport bis Ausgehen ist alles dabei.
Die Miete ist 500€ im Monat, inklusive aller Betriebskosten und Internet. Kaution 1000€.

Dear interested people,
I am renting out my room in the old town in a 5-room shared flat in the period from 01.04.2024-01.07.2024. The apartment is located in Kiebachgasse, you can't live more centrally and in a better location :)
The flat has high ceilings, the room itself has a bay window and direct sunlight in the afternoon. It is approx. 13m² in size. The room is rented fully furnished, bringing your own furniture will not be possible due to space.
The apartment has a total of about 90m², has a balcony, kitchen, toilet, shower, hallway and storage room as well as bicycle storage. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. You have your own sink in your room.
Your flatmates are Jan (25), Armin (20), Madeline (21) and Malin (21). They are all super nice and enjoy having company and doing things together from time to time. We all have different interests, from music and sports to going out.
The rent is 500€ per month, including all running costs and internet. Deposit is 1000€.
