Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und hat vier WG-Zimmer, in denen sechs Studenten wohnen (zweimal einzel, zweimal doppel).
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, nur Bettzeug müsste mitgebracht werden. Zwar muss sich das Zimmer mit einem netten Studenten geteilt werden, dafür ist die Miete nicht nur fair, sondern auch bezahlbar.
Das Zimmer liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der SoWi entfernt. Zur Hauptni sind es auch nur etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg. In direkter Nähe gibt es reihenweise Bus- bzw. Transtationen. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt nur gut 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten git es reichlich aufgrund der zentralen und dennoch ruhigen Lage
Alle Mitbewohner sind Studenten unterschiedlicher Fakultäten. Trotz intensiven Studiums machen wir hin und wieder etwas zusammen. Daher sollte der neue Mitbewohner offen, nett und freundlich sein, damit das so bleibt.
