Bei uns wird ein gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in unserer 126qm großen Altbauwohnung in der Grillparzerstraße frei. Von Mai 2023 bis einschließlich Juli 2023. Falls du schon Mitte Juli ausziehen möchtest, ist das kein Problem (Miete wird dann angepasst).
Unsere WG liegt super zentral, an der Grenze zur Innenstadt. Zur Sowi sind es 5 Gehminuten und zu den anderen Unis maximal 10 Min mit dem Rad. Zum Bahnhof schaffst du es zu Fuß in 7 Min.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen Elsa (27 Jahre) und Marie (25 Jahre), halb am studieren halb am arbeiten, triffst du meistens beim ausgiebig Frühstücken/kochen, Vino genießen auf dem Balkon oder irgendwo in den Bergen. Elsa hat Geo studiert und arbeitet jetzt an regionalen Klimakonzepten. Marie macht auch Geo und ist noch an der Uni. Die klassischen Innsbruck Sportarten fehlen bei uns nicht (Biken, Klettern, Ski und Snowboard, Hochtouren usw usw), aber wir freuen uns beim Heimkommen am meisten über einen Ratsch bei Bier oder Kaffee.
Ob du SportlerIn, couch potato, Hippie oder Dipl.-Ing. bist, ist uns egal - Hauptsache nett.

We are subletting a beautiful room in our 126 sqm flat in Grillparzerstraße from April until July.
Our shared flat is super central, on the border to the city centre. It is a 5-minute walk to Sowi-Uni and to the other universities a maximum of 10 minutes by bike. The train station is a 7-minute walk away.
Your roommate Elsa (27 years) and Marie (25 years) are both students who are also working part-time. We are always down for long breakfasts, good coffee, relaxing in the sun on the balcony and any sports in the mountains.
