Servus zusammen,
zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer (s. Beschreibung) mitten in Innsbruck, direkt am Terminal Marktplatz. Die Anbindung ist daher absolut perfekt, eigentlich alle Verbindungen minütlich verfügbar und sehr mobil. Parkgaragen gibt‘s ringsum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt‘s auch alle, da man in nicht mal 5 Minuten in der Maria-Theresien-Straße ist.
Ansonsten würde ich das Zimmer gerne unmöbliert übergeben, bin aber diesbezüglich flexibel, sollte es jemand unbedingt haben wollen (die Einrichtung würde ich mit allem Drum und Dran für rund 700€ übergeben, da es echt neuwertig und teilweise kaum gebraucht ist. Ausrichtung ist gen Süden, aber tatsächlich nicht allzu viel Sonne.
Die Wohnung an sich ist ein Neubau, Baujahr 2010, ergo mit sehr moderner Einrichtung (Glasdusche, Backofen-Herd-Kühlschrank).

Ich freue mich bereits auf eine*n sympathische*n Nachmieter*in. :)

Hi there,
at the heart of Innsbruck you could rent an appartement (see the exact description), right next to the station Terminal Marktplatz. In above 5 minutes, yiu will be able to reach Maria-Theresien-Straße, so there is every connection to take (easily and quite often) and also every store/supermarket right in front of you. You can put your car in one of the garages nearby.
I would prefer to hand ny room over without any furniture inside, but if you really would like ti keep it, I would suggest a sum of around 700€ in total (because the interior is quite new and not that often used yet). You are looking southwards, but actually, there is not too much sun shining into your room.
The house itself was built in 2010, so the equipment inside is also quite modern (shower with a glass wall and also a fridge etc.).
