Hallihallo!
Mein traumhaftes Zimmer in traumhafter Lage mit traum Mitbewohnern wird von AUGUST 2022 - MAI 2023 (10 Monate ca.) frei.
Was das Auszugsdatum betrifft bin ich allerdings sehr flexibel, falls jmd. kürzer bleiben mag :)

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Hbf, dem entsprechend ist alles lebensnotwendige easycheesy zu Fuß erreichbar und auch in der Wohnung selber fehlt es im Grunde an nichts; solide Küche, Couch, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind zumindest mal da.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit 3 Jungs, alle zwischen 24 und 26 Jahre alt. Wie hier üblich ist auch jeder gerne draußen unterwegs, Ski/wandern/klettern pipapo, mehr oder weniger ambitioniert, wichtig ist, dass es Spaß macht. Ansonsten sind alle noch mit dem Studium beschäftigt und halten ne gute Balance zwischen albern und brav sein. Was super passen würde, wenn du auch ohne Putzplan gerne in einer sauberen Wohnung lebst und Lust hast auf ein freundschaftliches Miteinander mit deinen Mitbewohnern, aber auch dein eigenes Ding machst
